ClicData Privacy Policy

PLEASE READ THE CLICDATA PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY AS YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITES OR COMMUNICATION WITH CLICDATA BY E-MAIL OR BY TELEPHONE SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY.

ClicData values your privacy. You can browse through most of the content on our websites without giving us any information about yourself, but sometimes we do need to collect personal information in order to provide services that you request. This privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations.

Any information you provide while visiting our websites will be used by ClicData and authorized ClicData partners only. ClicData will never sell or rent your personal contact information to other companies. We will not disclose your personal contact information to other companies, except in the limited manner and for the limited purposes described below.

Collecting Contact Information

Our websites have forms that may require you to provide your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. We use this contact information in order to reply to your communications by e-mail or telephone, or to send you promotional materials about our company and products, such as product demos, newsletters and event invitations.

In some cases, we may also contact you on behalf of related third party products and services. If you have purchased our software, expressed an interest in ClicData products or were recommended by a colleague, we may use this information to notify you of new products, updates, or related promotions. You may choose not to receive this additional information (see "Unsubscribing" below).

We use past and current user information internally (only within ClicData, its authorized partners and service providers) in order to provide our clients with support, service, promotional and/or other product information.

Our websites may contain links to external sites, blogs, forums, or related online publications. If you visit an external site please note that we do not control their privacy practices.

Google Site Statistics and IP tracking

Our websites use Google Site Statistics, cookies and IP tracking technologies to determine referrer data and to determine the source of our website visits. Occasionally, we use IP address tracking to administer our websites and to help diagnose problems with our server. We use IP data collected in Web server log files to determine details about your browser and operating system, and to identify aggregate site navigation trends. ClicData does not use IP address data to link to personally identifiable information.

Unsubscribing

You have the right to access your personal contact information. To modify it, or to unsubscribe from optional ClicData communications - newsletters, webcasts, product promotions, event invitations and mail-in flyers - please contact our Customer Service at contact@clicdata.com.

Please note that operational correspondence for customers, such as product update notices, and maintenance renewal notifications, are mandatory and will not be affected by unsubscribe requests.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may occasionally revise this privacy statement. If we alter our Privacy Policy or make any changes to the manner in which ClicData uses your personal information, this privacy statement will be updated to reflect those changes. We encourage you to periodically review this statement in order to stay accurately informed about how ClicData is protecting your personal information.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the practices of this site, please contact us at contact@clicdata.com.
